To our valued clients,
Our team has been carefully evaluating the impacts of COVID-19 on our communities. It is clear that concerns surrounding the virus are serious – a state of disaster has been declared, and the Texas National Guard has been activated to assist.
Your safety and health are our primary concerns. As the pandemic has progressed, many businesses have opted to close their doors or scale back. We are continuing to operate and serve the needs of area residents
The situation is changing rapidly, and we’ll continue to update you as recommendations from public health officials change. Our decision to remain open was not made lightly. The well being of the citizens of New Braunfels and surrounding communities are at the forefront of our thoughts. Many of you will opt to self-isolate and practice social distancing in order to flatten the curve, and reduce the impact of the virus.
This means many of you will be in your homes for long stretches of time, all in order to protect your communities. Our duty is to ensure that you remain comfortable and safe during what may be a very stressful time. Air conditioning is not a luxury in our climate. Having a cool home is essential to reducing heat stress related illness. Our healthcare system will likely be overburdened as it is. Reducing any further stress on the system is our responsibility as a community, and we vow to continue to provide air conditioning repair in New Braunfels and the surrounding area so long as public health officials deem it appropriate.
We are taking all necessary precautions to reduce the spread of COVID-19. This includes social distancing measures, ample hand washing and sanitizer use, and urging sick employees to stay at home. We recommend you take the same precautions. Listen to public health officials, and monitor the situation closely.
Feeling sick? Stay home. Have an appointment scheduled with us, but you’re worried about the spread of the virus? Don’t hesitate to reschedule. We’re more than happy to rebook for you if you’re feeling unwell.
Above all else, remember that when times are tough, we can show each other how strong we really are. Call your loved ones. Offer to pick up groceries for a neighbor, especially if they’re older or immuno-compromised. Don’t buy more than you need. Take care of one another, and stay safe. We will get through this – together.
